How are prices worked out?
From the live spot price of the fine metal in each bar or coin, plus a premium for manufacture and dealing. The price on the page is indicative; we confirm the final price with you before payment.
Is VAT charged?
Investment gold is free of UK VAT. Silver bars and coins carry VAT at the standard rate, which is included in the prices shown.
What does pre-order mean?
Some items are out of stock from time to time. Where we offer pre-order, you can still order them and we order them in for you once your order is confirmed and paid. We tell you the expected timing when we call.
Are Britannias and Sovereigns free of Capital Gains Tax?
Yes. They are UK legal tender, so gains on them are free of UK Capital Gains Tax. This is not tax advice.
