Whether you visit us, arrange an appointment or send your items by post, our specialists test each piece for purity using XRF, a professional, non-destructive test, and weigh everything precisely against live market prices.
You receive a clear, itemised offer
We contact you by phone and email within 24 hours of receiving your items with a full, line-by-line offer. We take you through every figure: the weight, the purity test result and the live price used. You are never under any pressure to accept.
Accept and we pay you the same day
Confirm your acceptance before 3pm and we process a same-day bank transfer directly to your account. Offers accepted after 3pm are paid the next working day. Decline for any reason and we return your items free of charge by tracked post within two working days. No questions asked.
