Common questions
Do I need the original box and papers?
No. We buy watches with or without documentation. A complete set (watch, box and papers) will attract a higher offer, however, as it is more desirable on the secondary market.
How do I know the valuation is accurate?
We provide a written breakdown of our offer, including the comparable secondary market data we used. You are welcome to check it against Chrono24, WatchCharts or any other watch market platform.
Can I sell a watch that needs servicing?
Yes. We buy watches in any condition, whether unworn, worn or in need of a service. Condition is reflected transparently in the offer.
Is my watch insured while you have it?
Yes. Your watch is insured while it is in our possession, until it is either returned to you or payment is made. Watches are sent separately from our standard pack, so please speak to us first and we will explain how to send yours.
