Send or arrange collection
For smaller collections, use our free pack with a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label, insured up to £2,500 from the Post Office counter until it reaches us. For larger holdings, contact us first so we can agree the best way to send them.
Accept or decline
You receive a full itemised valuation within 24 hours of receiving the coins. Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same day, or decline and we return everything at no cost.
