Deliver or post securely
Our free pack has a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label and is insured up to £2,500 from the Post Office until it reaches us. If your bars are worth more, please contact us before posting.
Accept and get paid
Firm, itemised offer within 24 hours of receipt. Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same working day. Offers accepted after 3pm are paid the next working day. If you decline, we return your bars at no cost.

Do branded bars get a better price?
LBMA-accredited mint bars (PAMP, Metalor, Umicore) are more liquid and may attract a modest premium. Generic bars are priced on the same basis, against the live spot price.
How do I send heavy bars safely?
For bars over 500g, please contact us before posting. We can advise on the best way to send them, or arrange in-person delivery by appointment.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No minimum. We buy single bars and large holdings alike, at up to 99% of the live spot price. For larger holdings, contact us before posting.
Which price is my offer based on?
Your offer is based on the live spot price when we assess your bars, after they reach us.
