Post or deliver securely
Use our free pack with a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label and hand it in at any Post Office. It is insured up to £2,500 until it reaches us. If your bars are worth more, please contact us first.
Accept and get paid
Firm, itemised offer within 24 hours of receipt. Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same working day.

Common questions
Does it matter which mint made my bar?
LBMA-accredited mint bars (PAMP Suisse, Metalor, Umicore, Royal Mint) are more liquid and may attract a modest premium. Generic unbranded bars are priced on the same basis, against the live spot price.
Should I keep the original packaging and assay card?
Yes, if possible. Sealed packaging and the original assay card confirm authenticity and can add a small premium. Loose bars without packaging are equally welcome, as we verify every bar.
What if I have multiple 1kg bars?
We pay up to 99% of spot however many bars you sell. For five or more bars, please contact us first so we can agree the most secure way to send them.
How quickly will I get paid?
Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same working day. Offers accepted after 3pm are paid the next working day.
