Package all your broken gold and hand the pack in at a Post Office. It is insured up to £2,500 from then until it reaches us; for items worth more, please contact us first.

Does it matter that my jewellery is broken?
Not at all. A snapped chain contains exactly the same gold as an intact chain of the same length and carat. Condition has no bearing on the metal value; only the weight and purity matter.
What if I have a mix of broken and intact pieces?
Send everything together. We sort, test and make an offer on each item individually, and you receive a clear breakdown by piece.
My chain is tangled with another piece. Should I try to separate them?
No, please leave them as they are. Forcing tangled jewellery apart can damage both pieces further, and we are experienced at handling mixed and tangled items.
What if I don't know what carat the broken pieces are?
We test every item with XRF assay regardless. You don't need to know the carat in advance: we measure it precisely and tell you before making any offer.
