We send you a free pack with a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label the next working day. Include everything, whether broken, intact, mixed or unmarked. No preparation is needed.
Send everything
Empty your jewellery box into the pack and hand it in at a Post Office; it is insured up to £2,500 from then until it reaches us. We sort, test and make an offer on each item individually, so there is no need to separate or identify pieces in advance.
Accept or decline
XRF assay on every item and a clear, itemised offer within 24 hours of receiving your items. Accept all, some or none (before 3pm for same-day payment), with a free return for anything you keep.

Should I sort through everything before sending?
No, please send it all. We sort and test every item individually, and you receive a clear breakdown showing exactly what each piece is and what it is worth.
What if I'm not sure which pieces are gold?
Include anything you are unsure about. We test every item and clearly identify which pieces are gold, which are plated and which contain no precious metal.
Can I keep specific pieces and just sell the ones I don't want?
Yes. Our offer is itemised by piece, so you can accept it for some items and decline others. There is no obligation to sell everything at once.
What if I have a large quantity?
We handle clearouts of every size. For very large quantities, please contact us first and we will advise on the best way to pack and post them.
