Accept or decline
Firm, itemised offer within 24 hours of receipt. Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same working day, or decline and we return everything free of charge.

How do you tell sterling silver from plated?
We test every item using XRF, which identifies the metal composition precisely. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure and priced accordingly. We do not buy silver-plated items.
Do I need to clean my silver before sending?
No. Send your items as they are. Tarnish and patina do not affect the metal value, and we prefer to assess items in their original condition.
What happens if some of my items are plated?
We do not buy silver-plated items, so any plated pieces are returned to you free of charge. You can still accept or decline the offer for each individual silver item, with no pressure either way.
How quickly will I receive payment?
Payment is made by bank transfer. Accept before 3pm and we pay by bank transfer the same working day. Offers accepted after 3pm are paid the next working day. We never pay in vouchers or cash.
