What if I'm not sure which pieces are silver?

Do I need to clean tarnished silver before sending?
No. Tarnish has no effect on the silver content of the piece. Send everything as it is — we prefer to test items in their natural state.
Can I sell broken or damaged silver pieces?
Absolutely. Condition doesn't affect the silver content. A snapped chain has the same silver value as an intact one of the same weight.
What happens to items that aren't silver?
We return non-silver items free of charge with the rest of your package if you decline. If you accept, we can dispose of them responsibly on your behalf.
